CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING INFORMATION
Order cancellations and rescheduling requests are accepted 72 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
Grass DFW, LLC will arrange all grass orders the day before scheduled delivery, for that reason it is essential that we receive formal notice from you before making final arrangements to deliver your grass.

Although we do our best to accommodate requests for changes to deliveries, please be sure to notify us before the 72-hour period to ensure changes can be made.
To cancel or reschedule your order, you must submit your request by email (info@grassdfw.com) during business hours, no less than 72 hours before deliveries begin on the scheduled date.
REFUNS & EXCHANGES
Lawn is a living plant that depends on immediate care and constant watering, from the moment it is delivered. It is essential to install and repair your turf within 12 hours of delivery and maintain proper care while its root system works to establish itself.

Any concerns about the grass delivered must be submitted with photographs on the day of delivery.
1. Take one or two photos of the problem observed when you receive your grass, making sure the quantity is reflected.
2. Next, proceed to install and observe the turf, documenting any problems with photographs
reflecting the concern when planting the turf, where appropriate.
3. Once you complete the same-day installation and water the grass, take one or two photographs of the entire installation area, making sure the images capture the amount of grass that appears
defective.
With your photos in hand, you can now head to our website to submit your delivery day concern by completing our CONCERN FORM.
